Prior to starting employment, all staff undergo staff induction to ensure they understand Gateway Recruitments policies and procedures with 1 to 1 shadowing support provided by experienced staff.

Staff Training
Our training is comprehensive and the COVID-19 pandemic has led us to adapt how we deliver it. We offer a face to face, and virtual training programme delivered by industry experts.
Our staff are all enrolled on “Care Skills Academy” which provides a number of CPD accredited courses that are relevant in ensuring our staff are equipped to meet the needs of our clients.
